    Consolidated Audit Trail Roundtable

November 3, 2010, New York City

The events of May 6th highlighted the need for greater transparency, accountability and control in the financial markets. The SEC’s proposed Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) could help accomplish these goals. But at what cost? In what time frame? What disruptions would occur to current business practices? The roundtable will provide key industry stakeholders with the ability to share their perspectives on the need for, benefits of, and different approaches to, the Consolidated Audit Trail. This event will provide a unique opportunity to assess the ability of the Consolidated Audit Trail to help restore individual investor confidence and participation in the financial markets.
